• Serve 500 students annually during three, 12-week sessions that provide services to 25 students per sessions and a Summer Program serving 75 students and their families.
• Conduct weekly group sessions as part of Blueprint Leadership Enrichment module. Conduct bi-weekly mentoring sessions for all program participants.
•  Conduct biweekly mentoring sessions for all program participants.
•  Sustain parental involvement by hosting monthly conferences with parents to discuss progress of participants and strategies to ensure continued success

1. Increase grade point averages Increase grade point averages of program participants by at least one letter grade upon completion of the program.

2. Improve school attendance rates Improve school attendance rates among program participants with histories of truancy by 20%.

3. Reduce re-entry into the juvenile justice system Reduce the number of participants reentering the juvenile justice system upon completion of the Blueprint program by 20%.

4. Reduce court detention rate Reduce the juvenile court detention rate by 20%.

 5. Increase the employment rate among participants to 30% upon completion of the program
